Visando oferecer mais informa\u00e7\u00f5es para a tomada de decis\u00e3o foi realizada a seguinte pesquisa em animais.<\/p><p>Registrada com o n\u00ba 01\/2022 na COMISS\u00c3O DE \u00c9TICA NO USO DE ANIMAIS (CEUA) DA FACULDADE DE ODONTOLOGIA DE ARARAQUARA<\/p><p><strong>Objetivos: <\/strong>Observar se a origem dos biomateriais (Straumann\u00ae Cerabone\u00ae e Straumann\u00ae Maxresorb\u00ae) resulta em diferen\u00e7a na estabilidade prim\u00e1ria e secund\u00e1ria dos implantes.<\/p><p><strong>Material e m\u00e9todos: <\/strong>Foram criadas 64 lojas cir\u00fargicas em t\u00edbias de coelh\u00f5es (16 coelhos). As t\u00edbias direitas tiveram seus defeitos preenchidos com Cerabone\u00ae, as esquerdas com Maxresorb\u00ae e recobertos por Straumann\u00ae Collprotect\u00ae membranee. Ap\u00f3s 60 dias foi instalado um implante em cada defeito, (64 implantes Neodent\u00ae GM Helix, 32 de superf\u00edcie Neoporos\u00ae e 32 Acqua\u00ae). A estabilidade prim\u00e1ria dos implantes foi mensurada.
