Dessa forma, testes com essa nova jun\u00e7\u00e3o se tornaram importantes para investigar a resist\u00eancia e viabilidade desta nova linha de produtos.<\/p><p><strong>Objetivos: <\/strong>Este trabalho objetivou avaliar a influ\u00eancia da conicidade interna (11,5\u00b0 e 16\u00b0) na interface pilar\/implante e no comportamento mec\u00e2nico de implantes cone Morse.<\/p><p><strong>Material e m\u00e9todos: <\/strong>Foram realizados 7 testes, an\u00e1lise de elementos finitos, fadiga,\u00a0 teste de resist\u00eancia a fratura, fractografia,\u00a0 micro infiltra\u00e7\u00e3o e microtomografia computadorizada.\u00a0 Noventa implantes tipo cone Morse e seus respectivos componentes prot\u00e9ticos foram divididos em diferentes grupos, variando para os diversos implantes: conex\u00e3o (11,5\u00b0 e 16\u00b0) e macrogeometria externa (apenas para fadiga e AEF). Os testes de Fadiga e An\u00e1lise de elementos finitos foram realizados utilizando as normas ISO 14801. Para o teste de resist\u00eancia \u00e0 fratura, os implantes foram fixados \u00e0 uma estativa met\u00e1lica e submetidos ao teste de resist\u00eancia \u00e0 fratura numa m\u00e1quina universal de testes mec\u00e2nicos. Em seguida foi realizada avalia\u00e7\u00e3o para determinar o padr\u00e3o de falha das amostras. Microinfiltra\u00e7\u00e3o e Microtomografia utilizaram equipamentos espec\u00edficos no intuito de investigar desadapta\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p><p><strong>Resultados: <\/strong>Para os testes de resist\u00eancia e fadiga os resultados demonstram que o sistema com 16\u00b0 foi mais resistente quando comparado ao grupo com 11,5\u00b0.
